Welcome Program for International Students Who Have Been Newly Accomplished Our University
An Orientation Program was held for nearly 1000 international students who registered for the first time this year at Istanbul University.

The presenters of the program were international students from Peru and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The greeting speeches of the program were made by the Director of the International Student Center Prof. Faruk TAŞÇI and Istanbul University Vice Rector Prof Haluk ALKAN.
Afterwards, the stage activities started. Trainer Betül Güngör and her team performed a taekwondo show with the support of Istanbul University Sports Association.
Again, a traditional archery show was held with Trainer Betül Güngör and her team.
Afterwards, the program continued with the folklore show of the Folk Dances team.
Finally, Assoc. A musical feast was presented under the management of Ubeydullah SEZİKLİ.
At the end of the program, 3 students were given gifts by THY and sweets were served to the participants.
