Country Days-5 "Kyrgyzstan" Program Was Enthusiastic
The program of country days, which has become traditional by the International Student Center, has been designated as Kyrgyzstan.

The program, which was held at Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Congress and Culture Center between 15.00-17.00 on Friday, December 13, 2019, attracted great attention. The program started with the reading of the National Anthems.

Afterwards, the Director of the Center, Assoc. Prof. Faruk TAŞÇI gave a short greeting speech about what these programs mean. Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut AK emphasized the importance of international students in the vision of Istanbul University.

After the short speech of the Deputy Consul of Kyrgyzstan in Istanbul , Manas Epic was presented to the Rector Prof. Dr. Mahmut AK and the Director of the Center, Assoc. Prof. Faruk TAŞÇI.
After the speech, representing the students from Kyrgyzstan at Istanbul University, the activities started.

The verses were read from the Epic of Manas. Kyrgyz Folk Saz Kopuz Concert was a pleasant sound. Inspired by the work of Chingiz Aitmatov, a mini-theater performance was remarkable. Poetry about Kyrgyzstan was not forgotten.
With the contribution of Turkish Airlines, two of our students were given a round-trip ticket for domestic flights
