Opportunities for International Students by Republic of Turkey Directorate General of Foundations
Republic of Turkey Directorate General of Foundations gives a scholarship for higher education. The scholarship is primarily given to students whose parents are not alive and whose financial situation is inadequate.
Scholarship applications of international students are accepted between 15 September and 30 October 2019. Applications are received through the website www.vgm.gov.tr.
